摘要
航天飞行器采用弹性理论分析连接件强度,无法充分发挥材料性能,飞行器轻质化设计难度大。为了解决上述问题,文中采用站位等效载荷法和弹塑性理论,利用ABAQUS有限元计算软件,根据站位载荷条件,计算舱体等效载荷作用点和相应等效载荷,选取四分之一的两个对接舱体并对其施加约束条件,将相应载荷条件施加其中一个舱体前端面,另一舱体后端面固定,采用弹塑性理论对舱体连接件进行有限元计算分析,该方法可对相关飞行器设计提供借鉴。
Elastic theory analysis of connecting cabins strength cannot give full play to the material properties of spacecraft, which cause difficulty in lightweight design. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses ABAQUS software, station equivalent load method and the elastic-plastic theory to calculate the equivalent load point and the corresponding equivalent load according to the station load conditions. The symmetrical boundary condition is applied on a quarter of two connecting cabins and the corresponding load is applied to the front end of the cabin and the rear end of other cabin is fixed. Connection is analyzed by elastic-plastic theory. This method can provide reference for the design of related aircraft.
