摘要
活塞是发动机的关键零部件之一,可以说是汽车发动机的心脏。它的工作状况直接影响到汽车能否正常使用。使用ANSYS Workbench分析软件可以对活塞机构进行多体动力学运动分析,可以准确找到活塞机构的形变量、危险应力与应力集中位置,减轻常规计算的工作量,对活塞机构的改进最有重要意义。文中着重介绍使用ANSYS Workbench对活塞机构的三种运动仿真分析。
Piston is one of the most important components of the engine, which is the heart of the car engine. The working condition of it directly affects the car normal working stage. ANSYS Workbench can be used to analyze multi-body dynamics motion of piston, and can accurately find the piston body shape variable, dangerous stress and stress concentration. The workload of the conventional calculation is reduced; this has great significance to improve the piston mechanism. This paper introduces three kinds of motion simulation analysis of the piston using ANSYS Workbench.
