电动载物爬楼车输出轴的有限元分析

摘要 电动载物爬楼车在爬升过程中,四杆机构由电机主轴驱动,从而实现了攀爬楼梯的过程。电机主轴受到两端弯矩、转矩的作用而影响到电动载物爬楼车的爬楼稳定性。因此需要对电机主轴和四杆机构中的四杆轴进行有限元分析来验证强度,文中利用Soild Works软件来实现爬楼车电机输出轴的设计和有限元分析。 In the climbing process of cargo electric stair climbing trolley, four-bar mechanism is driven by the motor spindle to achieve the process of climbing the stairs. The main shaft of the motor is subjected to bending moment and torque, which affects the stability of the climbing of the cargo electric stair climbing trolley. Finite element analysis of the four-bar shaft in the motor spindle and the four-bar mechanism is carried out to verify the strength. The design and finite element analysis of the motor output shaft of the cargo electric stair climbing trolley are realized using SoildWorks software.
