摘要 针对航空活塞发动机导流板组件的反求设计,采用三维扫描方式获得点云数据,利用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行处理后,将形状要素拟合成几何特征,并导入Pro/E软件中测得所需尺寸,在Pro/E软件的钣金设计模块中建立了三维模型。利用光谱仪测得导流板组件化学成分,反求设计了材料,依据导流板组件使用要求和加工特点,设计了热处理要求。验证结果表明,反求所得的三维模型与原件误差较小。 According to the reverse design of reciprocating aeroengine baffle component, a 3D scanning method is used to obtain the point cloud data. Moreover, the point cloud data is processed using Geomagic Studio software for fitting the shape factors to geometric feature. These geometric features are input to the Pro/E software to measure required size and establish 3D model on sheet -metal design module. The chemical composition of baffle component is measured by spectrometer to obtain the material via reverse design method. The requirement of heat treatment process is designed based on the operating requirements and processing characteristics of baffle component. The verification results show that the error between the established 3D model and the original component is small.
