摘要
风力发电是一种可持续的清洁能源,其中叶片的运行状态是影响整个发电系统运行状态的主要因素之一。因此,对风电叶片的状态进行实时监控十分重要。文中设计了一套基于无线传输的风机叶片状态监控系统,包含数据采集系统、无线传输网络和状态监控软件。该系统采用传感器采集叶片状态数据,经单片机对信号进行处理和无线传输,以实现叶片实时状态监控、故障报警、实时和历史数据导出、报表打印等功能。经实地测试,验证了系统效果有效可行。
Wind power is a clean, sustainable energy. While the operation state of the wind turbine generator blades will affect the entire power system. Therefore, it is significance to monitor the condition of the blades. In this paper, a wind turbine blade condition monitoring system is designed, including data acquisition system, wireless transmission network and status monitoring software. This system can realize real-time status monitoring, blade failure alarm, real-time and historical data derived, report printing function. By field test, the whole system is effective and feasible.
