摘要
文中以液压油为研究对象,从液压油污染度检测装置的设计要求出发,利用Auto CAD设计出了一种新型船用液压油污染度检测装置,并介绍了其工作原理及主要组成零部件。最后从技术、结构、操作经济等方面论证了设计出来的液压油污染度检测装置的可行性。结果表明,这种装置操作简单、检测精度高、周期短、测定污染度较快优良等优点,具有很高的可行性。
In this paper, hydraulic oil is used as the research object. Based on the design requirements of the hydraulic oil pollution detection device, a new type of marine hydraulic oil pollution detection device is designed with AutoCAD, and its working principle and main components are introduced. Finally, the feasibility of the hydraulic oil pollution detection device is demonstrated from the aspects of technology, structure and operation economy. The results show that this kind of device has the advantages of simple operation, high detection precision, short cycle time and fast measurement and so on. It has high feasibility.
