摘要
针对塔里木油田"新疆大庆"建设需要,实现深井和超深井钻井提速增效,研制了ZJ90/6750DB-S四单根立柱高效钻机。结合国内常规9000 m电驱动钻机的研发成功经验,提出了超长结构井架的起升及作业稳定性、超长游车行程下的滚筒缠绳容量技术保障以及超长钻杆立根稳定排放等三大技术难题,形成ZJ90/6750DB-S四单根立柱高效钻机独有的三大新技术,即57.5 m超高K型井架设计技术、适应四单根立柱作业的绞车容绳与排绳技术、不同规格四单根立柱靠放技术。油田现场应用表明,该钻机总体工作性能可靠,在钻深到达5500 m之前比常规钻机提速约15%以上,钻深达到5500 m以后比常规钻机提速约30%左右,钻井速度和作业时效得到了显著的提高。
In order to realize the deep and ultra deep well drilling speed efficiency of the Tarim Oilfield "Xinjiang Daqing11 construction, this paper develops ZJ90/6750DB -S four single column high performance drilling rig. According to the successful development experience of the conventional 9000 meters electric rig, ZJ90/6750DB -S four single column includes ultra high K-type 57.5m derrick design technique, four single column operation to draw-work rope and rope, different specifications of four single column on technology to realize derrick hoisting drum long structure and operation stability, long travel car travel under the rope capacity of technical support, and long drill pipe stand stable discharge. Field application shows that, the rig overall reliable performance, the drilling depth reaches 5500 meters before about 15% more than the conventional drilling speed, drilling depth reaches 5500 meters later than conventional drilling speed is approximately 30%, drilling speed and operation efficiency are improved significantly.
