摘要
矿用工程车的后车架是其承载车辆主要载荷的结构部件,在实际工作中,由于矿井工况恶劣,容易产生变形和开裂等结构破坏;在Solid Works创建了后车架三维模型并导入ANSYS中对其进行了应力有限元分析,研究了后车架整体的受力和应力分布状况,找到了后车架结构中应力相对较大的部位,为进一步改进优化设计提供参考。
The frame of mining truck is the structural component for bearing main load. In actual work, the frame is prone to deformation and cracks under bad working conditions of mine. 3D model of the frame is created; and the finite element analysis of the frame is carried out. Stress distribution of the whole frame is studied in this paper, and the relative position of the rear frame structure is found. Analysis result provides reference for the further improvement of optimal design.
