摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在儿童弱视治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾135例(237只眼)弱视患儿的临床资料。患儿均给予综合护理干预措施,包括视力检查干预、用药护理、治疗性配镜、目力训练、健康教育和心理护理等。结果经过3年以上随访观察,基本治愈106眼(44.72%),进步91眼(38.39%),总有效率83.12%。结论综合护理干预对提高弱视患儿治疗依从性、确保弱视治疗效果具有积极意义。
Objective To summarize the Comprehensive nursing measures for children whit amblyopia. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 135 cases of amblyopia in children （237 eyes）. All children received comprehensive nursing interventions on examination of visual acuity, medication,matching glasses,eyesight exercise, health education, psychological care, and so on. Results After over three years of follow- up, 106 eyes were cured basically, 91 cases were remarkable improved, with a overall effective rate of 83.12% . Conclusion Compre-hensive nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance and ensure the treatment effect of amblyopia in children.
