穴位贴敷在甲状腺功能亢进术后镇静中的应用

Application of acupoint application for sedation of patients with hyperthyroidism after operation

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷在甲状腺功能亢进术后镇静中的应用效果。方法 30例甲状腺功能亢进手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各15例。对照组术后常规护理,予盐酸氯丙嗪镇静,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药穴位贴敷镇静。观察2组镇静效果、术后舒适度以及甲状腺危象的发生情况。结果观察组镇静满意度93.33%(14/15),高于对照组的60.00%(9/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后舒适度高于对照组,甲状腺危象发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷在甲状腺功能亢进术后镇静方面具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application for sedation of patients with hyperthyroidism after operation. Methods A total of 30 patients with hyperthyroidism were assigned to the control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. Both two groups received post operative care and chlorpromazine sedation, and the acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine was carried out in the observation group. The sedative effect, comfort degree of patients and incidence of thyroid storm were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The sedation satisfaction rate was 93. 3 3 % （14/15） in the observation group and was 60. 0 0 % （9/15） in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in comfort degree of patients and incidence of thyroid storm between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Application of acupoint application can enhance the seda-tive effect for patients with hyperthyroidism after operation.
