康惠尔透明贴对静脉补钾致痛的干预效果

The application of Comfeel transparent dressing in alleviating pain induced by intravenous supplement of potassium

目的观察康惠尔透明贴缓解浅静脉留置针补钾致痛的效果。方法经浅静脉留置针补钾的90例患者随机分成3组,A组30例患者使用康惠尔透明贴贴敷穿刺部位并固定留置针;B组30例患者用3M透明贴膜贴敷固定留置针后,沿静脉走向用浸有50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷;C组30例患者用3M透明贴膜贴敷固定留置针后,沿静脉走向用浸有生理盐水纱布湿敷。评估3组患者穿刺部位局部疼痛情况。结果与B组和C组患者相比,A组患者疼痛程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用康惠尔透明贴贴敷能减轻或消除浅静脉留置针补钾引起的疼痛,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of Comfeel transparent dressing in alleviating pain induced by intravenous supplement of potassium. Methods A total of 90 patients with intra-venous supplement of potassium were randomly divided into three groups. In group A , thirty pa-tients were given Comfeel transparent dressing at venipuncture sites. In group B , thirty patients were given 3M transparent dressing and gauze saturated 5 0 % MgS04 solution. In group C , thirty patients were given 3M transparent dressing and gauze saturated normal saline. The pain degree at venipuncture sites was evaluated and compared between groups. Results Patients in the group A had a lower pain degree compared with those in the group B and group C , with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The application of Comfeel transparent dressing is effective to alleviate pain induced by intravenous supplement of potassium.
