摘要
创新创业平台可以为创新创业者塑造良好创业环境,增强创新创业者的创业和创新能力,提高创新和创业成功率。在梳理河北省创新创业平台体系,明确创新创业平台的服务功能定位的基础上,基于服务之花模型优化设计了创新创业平台服务体系并提出服务创新方向和具体对策,从而推动创新创业平台提升服务管理水平,强化服务质量,构建核心竞争力,最终提升创新创业平台的运营绩效。
The platform of innovat ion and entrepreneur ship can shape good bus ines s environment , enhance the capacity of entrepreneurship and innovation for entrepreneurs and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and innovation for entrepreneurs. On the basis of combing the innovation and innovation platform system of Hebei Province, and the location of service function of innovation and innovation platform, the service system was designed and the direction of service innovation was put forward based on service flower model, which can promote the platform of innovation and entrepre-neurship to improve service management level, to strengthen the quality of service, to build the core competitiveness and to enhance operating performance of entrepreneurship support platform ultimately.
