摘要
基于2000~2013年我国省级面板数据建立固定效应模型,研究我国高校研发对高技术企业创新的知识溢出效应。实证结果显示,高校研发对企业技术创新具有显著的知识溢出效应;无论是企业的创新效益,还是创新能力均受到高校研发经费投入和人员投入的持续影响;其中,基础研究经费投入对企业创新效益和创新能力产生正面影响,而应用研究经费投入和试验与发展经费投入对企业创新效益和创新能力未产生显著作用。
Based on provincial panel data in China from 2000 to 2013, a fixed effect model is estab-lished to study the knowledge spillover effects of university R＆D on the innovation of high-tech enter-prises. The empirical results show that university R＆D have significant knowledge spillover effect on enterprise technological innovation. Both enterprisers innovation benefits and innovation capacity are affected continuously by fund and human investment of university R＆D. The fund investment of basic research has a positive effect on the enterprisers innovation benefits and innovation capacity. However, the fund investment of the applied research and the fund investment of the test and development have not significant effect on them.
