摘要
恶性胶质瘤是一种常见的原发性神经肿瘤,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,且预后差复发率高,严重威胁着人类的健康。近年来,越来越多证据发现胶质瘤组织存在类似神经干细胞特性的细胞,并由此提出了胶质瘤干细胞理论,使胶质瘤研究进入了新的阶段。通过对胶质瘤干细胞的深入研究,人们对此类肿瘤有了更全面的认识,这也给疾病的治愈带来了希望。着重从胶质瘤干细胞的特异性生物学标记物、生物学特征、细胞起源等方面进行综述。
Malignant glioma,a common primary tumor with no effective treatment and high recurrence rate,is a serious threat to human health.In recent years,accumulating evidences suggest the presence of a subpopulation of cancer cells called glioma stem cells(GSCs) which share phenotypic and functional characteristics with neural stem cells.The study of glioma has developed into a new stage.Through in-depth studies of GSCs,researchers have a more comprehensive understanding of glioma,which brings hope to the cure of this disease.Here we reviewed the specific biological markers,biological characteristics and cell origin of GSCs.
