摘要
对降低燃料比进行了论述。2号炉通过生产实践,强化设备保障、高炉精料、优化高炉操作、维持适宜的理论燃烧温度、稳定热制度和造渣制度、提高顶压、强化炉前出铁等措施,实现了高炉护炉期燃料比较比同期大幅降低。
In this paper, the lower fuel ratio are discussed. No. 2 BF through production prac-tice, strengthen the equipment safeguard, the BF concentrate, optimizing blast furnace operation, maintain appropriate theoretical combustion temperature, stable thermal system and slag making sys-tem ,improve the iron before furnace top pressure, strengthening measures, such as fuel rate for BF lining protection period is greatly reduced over the same period.
