老年脑卒中患者营养风险因素分析与对策

Analysis on and countermeasures for nutrition risks of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的:分析老年脑卒中患者营养风险的发生情况,探讨营养风险筛查NRS2002在老年脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法 :采用定点连续抽样的方法,对入住我院神经内科的老年脑卒中患者使用营养风险筛查NRS2002进行营养风险的筛查,了解营养风险的发生情况,分析其影响因素。结果:老年脑卒中患者营养风险发生率较高(59.3%),80岁以上的脑卒中患者营养风险的发生率为76.5%;多次发生脑卒中的患者比单次发病的患者营养风险的发生概率大;营养风险的发生率还与患者的患病时间、生活自理能力以及家里有无儿女照顾有关。结论:应用营养风险筛查NRS2002,能有效预测老年脑卒中患者的营养风险,尤其是对于高龄、患病时间较长、自理能力缺陷的患者,对老年脑卒中患者应常规进行营养风险筛查并制定相应的干预措施。

Objective To analyze the occurring of nutrition risks of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy and discuss the application effect of nutrition risk screening （NRS） 2002 in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods ： The method of continuous sampling at a fixed point was employed for nutrition risk screening of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy in neurology department in our hospital with NRS2002, so as to understand the occurring of nutrition risks and analyze their influential factors. Results： There was a high incidence rate of nutrition risk for elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy （59.3% ）, and patients with cerebral apoplexy above 80 years old had an incidence rate of nutrition risks of 76. 5 % ; patients with cerebral apoplexy occurring more than once had a larger probability of nutrition risks than those with cerebral apoplexy occurring once; the incidence rate of nutrition risks was also related to the patients’ disease duration, self - care ability in life and children5 s care at home. Conclusion：The application of NRS2002 could effectively predict the nutrition risks of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy, especially for the patients with advanced age, long disease duration and defect in self - care ability ,routine nutrition risk screening should be conducted for the elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy, and the corresponding intervention measures should be taken.
