健康教育路径管理对肝切除术后并发症及恢复效果的影响

Influence of health education route management on post-hepatectomy complications and their recovery effect

目的:探讨健康教育路径管理对肝切除术后并发症及恢复效果的影响。方法:2014年1月~2015年12月,选择我院收治的100例肝切除手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育路径管理护理,比较两组患者并发症发生及肝功能恢复情况。结果:观察组并发症发生例数远低于对照组;术后7d和14d观察组患者丙氨酸转氨酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝切除术患者实施健康教育小组管理,可减少并发症发生,有利于患者肝功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the influence of health education route management on post-hepatectomy complications and their recovery effect. Methods： Took 100 patients received hepatectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 as the research target,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,conventional nursing was given to the patients in the control group,and health education path management nursing was given to the patients in the observation group on this basis,and patients in the two groups were compared in occurring of complications and recovery of liver function. Results： The number of complications in the observation group was far lower than that in the control group; and 7d and 14 d after operation,the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate amino transferase of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of health education group management for the patients with hepatectomy could reduce the occurring of complications,was beneficial for the recovery of the patients＇ liver function,and was worth promoting clinically.
