预见性护理小组的建立对经尿道前列腺电切术疗效及术后并发症的影响

Influence of establishment of predictive nursing team on curative effect of transurethral resection of prostate and the post-operation complications

目的:探讨对经尿道前列腺电切术患者实施预见性护理干预后的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月~2015年12月在我院就诊的120例经尿道前列腺电切术的患者,采用随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上建立预见性护理小组对其进行护理干预,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果、术后并发症发生情况、手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间。结果:经过不同护理干预后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者休克、尿路感染、尿道狭窄、膀胱颈部挛缩性狭窄及尿失禁等术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对经尿道前列腺电切术患者采用预见性护理干预后,显著提高了经尿道前列腺电切术的治疗效果,明显缩短了手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间,还降低了患者术后并发症的发生率。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of predictive nursing intervention on patients receiving transurethral resection of prostate. Methods： Selected 120 patients receiving transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group with random number table method,conventional nursing intervention was conducted for the patients in the control group,and a predictive nursing team was established for nursing intervention for the patients in the control group on the basis of the observation group,and patients in the two groups were compared in post-treatment clinical effect,occurring of post-operation complications,operation time,post-operation bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time. Results： After different nursing interventions,the overall treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the operation time,post-operation bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those of patients in the control group（ P〈0.05）; the incidence rate of post-operation complications such as shock,urinary tract infection,unitary tract stenosis,bladder neck contracture stenosis and uroclepsia of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than those of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： The predictive nursing intervention of patients receiving transurethral resection of prostate significantly improved the treatment effect of transurethral resection of prostate,significantly shortened the operation time,post-operation bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time,and also reduced the incidence rate of the patients＇ post-operation complications.
