Implementation and management of emergency rescue system for the injured in tornado and hail disasters

目的:探讨龙卷风冰雹灾害中伤员的院内应急救护系统的实施与管理。方法:启动应急救护系统,开放应急救治绿色通道,按照伤员病情严重程度划分不同区域,成立指挥联络组、分诊组、急救组、机动组、后勤保障组,合理分配护理人力资源,分工明确,责任到人。结果:在医院领导的积极指挥和协调下,成功完成了65例伤员的救护任务。结论:本次龙卷风冰雹灾害的救护实践,检验了我院应对公共突发事件的能力,锻炼了护理人员救护水平,为我们今后更好地面对公共突发性事件、开展成批伤亡救护积累了宝贵经验。

ObjectiveTo discuss the implementation and management of in - hospital emergency rescue system for the injured in tornado and hail disasters. Methods ： The emergency rescue system was started, emergency rescue green channel was opened, different regions were divided according to the seriousness of injury, a liaison group, triage group, first - aid group, mobile group, and logistics guarantee group were established, the nursing human resources were allocated reasonably, with clear labor division and responsibility placed on relevant personnel. Results ： With the active commanding and coordination of the hospital leaders, 65 injured persons were rescued successfully. Conclusion ： The rescue practice in the tornado and hail disasters tested the ability of our hospital in dealing with public emergency, exercised the rescue ability of nursing personnel, and accumulated valuable experience for us to better face the public emergency and carry out batched casualty rescue in the future.
