细节管理在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of detail management in operation room nursing management

目的:探讨细节管理对提高手术室护理管理工作满意度及护理人员风险识别意识的影响。方法:选取2013年1~12月在我院接受治疗的300例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理管理;选取2014年1~12月在我院接受治疗的300例患者作为观察组,实行细节管理,评估和比较细节管理实施前后的护理质量指标、护理人员风险识别意识。观察两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施细节管理后护理人员的护理质量相关指标及风险识别意识评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理模式应用于手术室护理工作中,其可以有效提高护理人员的风险意识和护理质量,同时在一定程度上促进了护患关系。

Objective： To discuss the influence of nursing management on the improvement of work satisfaction of operation room nursing and risk identification awareness of nursing personnel. Methods： Selected 300 patients receiving treatment in our hospital from January to December 2013 as the control group,and they were given conventional nursing management; selected 300 patients receiving treatment in our hospital from January to December 2014 as the control group,and they were given detail management,and the nursing quality indicator,nursing personnel＇s risk identification awareness were evaluated and compared before and after implementation of detail management. The satisfaction of patients in the two groups to the nursing work was observed. Results： After implementation of detail management,the scores of nursing personnel＇s nursing quality related indicators and risk identification awareness were higher than those before implementation（ P〈0. 05）. Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of detail management model in the operation room nursing could effectively improve the nursing personnel＇s risk awareness and nursing quality,and promoted the nurse-patient relation to some extent.
