摘要 我国首次在来自安哥拉的上海入境人员中检测到Ekpoma病毒(Ekpoma virus,EKV),这也是继2015年在尼日利亚发现该病毒以来全球第2次报道。EKV属弹状病毒科Tibrovirus属未分类病毒,有EKV-1和EKV-2两个亚型,传播媒介为库蠓。目前EKV尚未培养成功,也无证据表明其感染是否能致病或在人群中流行。风险评估结果显示,我国检出的EKV个案对上海乃至全国造成的公共卫生风险极低,但需进一步关注其进展,为防控做好准备。 Ekpoma virus(EKV)was first identified in 2015 from samples collected from two healthy subjects recruited for a clinical study conducted in Nigeria,and its first detection in China was reported recently from apassenger who returned Shanghai from Angola.EKV was considered to be one of the unassigned viruses belonging to genus Tibrovirus of family Rhabdoviridae.It has two subtypes,EKV-1and EKV-2.Culicoides is the known vector.So far,EKV can't be isolated successfully and there isn't enough evidence to prove that it can cause infections.The EKV detected in China may have a low risk for Shanghai's public health as well as the whole country.We need to further focus on the research development of the virus for better preparedness of public health in the future.
