从钨钼废液中除铬的实验研究

摘要 针对废旧高温合金回收钨钼后的含钨、钼、铬尾液,采用化学还原法进行除铬,反应条件为:还原起始pH为1,还原剂Na_2SO_3过量系数12,还原时间1 h,还原温度25℃,在此条件下可使含铬废液中Cr含量降至0.05 mg/L以下。 For waste liquid containing tungsten, molybdenum, chromium from waste high-temperature alloy from which tungsten and molybdenum were recovered, chromium was removed by chemical reduction method. The reac-tion conditions are: reduction of initial pH was 1, the reducing agent Na2SO3 excess coefficient of 12, reduction time 1 h, reduction temperature 25 ℃ , under this condition, the content of Cr in waste liquid containing chromium is reduced to less than 0. 05 mg/L.
