摘要
针对楔形锁紧机构振动传递作用受试验量值和负载质量的影响问题,构建了含有不同质量的负载的专用实验装置,采集了不同量值下负载及其安装处的随机振动响应。并从均方根加速度值的比值、第一共振频率和传递关系曲线的形状相似性系数3个方面入手对实验数据进行了分析,得到试验量值与负载质量影响楔形锁紧机构振动传递作用的5个结论。
On the impact of load masses and RMS Values on wedge - shaped locking machine's vibra-tion transmission effect, a special testing apparatus with several load masses was constructed and the ran-dom response data was acquired under different test RMS values. Analyzing the data through calculating and comparing 3 quantities such as the RMS ratios, the first resonance frequency and the factor of shape similarity, this paper introduces five conclusions of impact of load masses and RMS Values on the vibration transmission effect of wedge - shaped locking machine.
