摘要
为拓展磷石膏的产业化应用,该文以磷石膏为主要原料,通过与矿渣、钢渣和少量水泥混合,研制具有优良性能的过硫磷石膏水泥,并且运用此水泥制备砌筑用免烧砖。提出了磷石膏水泥基砌筑用免烧砖的制备工艺,通过改变砌筑用免烧砖的养护条件,研究了不同养护制度对砌筑用免烧砖的力学性能,水化产物,微观结构的影响。
In order to expand the industrial application of phosphogypsum, phosphogypsum as the main raw material, mixed with the slag〉 steel slag and a small amount of cement to develop the perphosphorus gypsum cement with ex-cellent performance. And this cement was used to prepare masonry brick. The production technology suitable for baking-frcc brick was put forward. By changing the curing method of baking-free brick, the mechanical properties 〉 hydra-tion product and microstructurc of baking-free brick under different curing systems were studied.
