摘要
该文依托S101线别力古台至锡林浩特一级公路项目,介绍了抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计方法,分析了抗裂型水稳碎石级配特点及施工关键技术,提出相应的施工工艺和现场质量控制指标。工程应用结果表明,采用此配合比方法设计的水稳基层强度高,施工质量可控,对减少基层裂缝效果明显。
Based on the project of S101 route from Bicligutai to Xilinhot ,this paper introduced the method of mix de-sign of anti-cracking ccmcnt-stabilizcd macadam base, analyzed the grading characteristics of anti-cracking ccmcnt-sta- bilizcd macadam base and the essentials of construction, proposed the corresponding construction technology and field quality control index. ^Engineering application results show that cement stabilized macadam base strength which mix proportion designed by this method is higher, the construction quality is controllable, and the effect of reducing base course crack is obvious.
