摘要
根据建筑楼板的性能要求,对设计的新型夹层结构复合材料楼板的承载、隔声及耐火极限进行了测试,通过研究得出,该夹层复合材料楼板比刚度大,在比重相近的建筑材料中,具有更高的承载能力。经过隔声测试得出其低频平均隔声量为30dB,高频隔声量最大可达49dB。此外,通过在夹层复合材料板表面涂抹厚型防火涂料,可使其耐火极限达92min,此时其最大变形量为51mm。此新型夹层复合材料楼板可应用于节能环保建筑。
According to the performance requirement of floor slab, the carrying capacity, sound insulation and fire endurance of the new sandwich structure composite used as floor slab were investigated by experiments. Through the test,it was known that the specific stiffness of this sandwich composite used as floor slab is large and its bearing capaci-ty is stronger in comparison with materials having same density. By the test of sound insulation, the average sound insu-lation of sandwich composite used as floor slab was 30 clB and the sound insulation of high frequency reached up to 4 9 dB. In addition,after the thick-layered fire coating was daubed on the out surface,the fire endurance of the sandwich composite used as floor slab reached to 92 minutes and the biggest deflection was 51 mm at the same time. The new sandwich composite floor slab could be used in energy-saving and environmental-friendly building.
