摘要
针对特定的选矿废水,通过实验考察次氯酸钠氧化工艺的pH值、反应时间、搅拌强度以及次氯酸钠的投加量对COD去除效率的影响。结果表明pH值为2,反应时间为50 min,搅拌强度为40r/min,次氯酸钠投配量为50g/L,是最佳的废水处理方案。通过废水工程运行实例,得出在该参数条件下,COD的去除效率可达94.46%,SS的去除效率可达87.58%。
"Pargetcd at particular ore-dressing effluent,this experiment investigated the pH value〉 reaction time?and stirring intensity of the oxidation process of sodium hypochlorite〉 with a further illustration on the influence of sodium hypochlorite dosage on COD removal efficiency. It turned out with a best solution for the effluent treatment process and the related parameters were as follows:2 for the pH value,50 min for the reaction time,40 r/min for the stirring inten-sity and 50 g/L for the sodium hypochlorite dosage. Supported by eases on the operation of effluent treatment engineer-ing,the study showed that the COD removal efficiency reached 94. 46% and the SS removal efficiency could be 87. 58% under the aforementioned parameter condition.
