摘要 为了提升管道完整性管理效率,结合完整性管理具体要求及业务流程,开发了基于B/S架构模式的管道完整性管理系统,建立了管道完整性数据模型,构建了数据库,实现了数据的集中管理和共享。该系统包括管道高后果区识别、风险评价、完整性评价等核心评价模块:高后果区识别模块能够实现管道高风险管段的识别、上报、统计分析、更新等;风险评价模块能够展示管道的全线风险分布,并进行风险敏感性分析;完整性评价模块能够对内检测到的腐蚀、凹陷、裂纹等缺陷进行统计分析,对外检测到的数据进行分析评价,实现管道防腐层及阴极保护的有效性评估。将基于B/S架构的管道完整性管理系统应用于国内某输油管道,实践表明:系统基本满足该管道的完整性管理需求,响应速度快,可靠性高,应用效果良好,为管道的安全维护决策提供了依据。 In order to improve the efficiency of pipeline integrity management, a pipeline integrity management system based on the mode of B/S architecture was developed according to the specific requirements and processes of integrity management. Then, a pipeline integrity data model was established and a database was created to realize centralized data management and sharing. The core evaluation modules of this system mainly include high consequence area identification, risk assessment and integrity evaluation, High consequence area identification module is used for the identification, reporting, statistical analysis and updating of high-risk pipe sections. In risk assessment module, the distribution of risk along the whole pipeline is displayed and risk sensitivity analysis is performed. Integrity evaluation module can be used to carry out statistical analysis on internally detected defects (e.g., corrosion, dent and crack), conduct analytical evaluation on externally detected data and provide effective evaluation on anti-corrosion insulation and cathodic protection of pipelines. The pipeline integrity management system based on B/S architecture has been applied in a certain oil pipeline in China. It is shown that this system satisfies basically the integrity management requirements of the pipeline with the advantages of quick response, high reliability and good application results. It provides the basis for safety maintenance decision of pipelines.
