摘要
本文通过研究原地掷标枪训练过程中人体肌电变化情况,旨在探讨人体运动协调形成过程中,肌肉用力的变化特征和规律。研究发现,运动训练可以改变某些肌肉在发力过程中的参与程度。初学者表现为躯干肌群i EMG和RMS值与优秀运动员差异显著,且训练前后差异无明显变化。
This paper studies the human EMG changes in javelin throw training process, aims to explore the the muscle strength characteristics during the formation of human body movement coordination. The results shows that exercise training can change some muscle power in process of participation. The iEMG and RMS value of trunk muscle groups between beginners and elite athletes are significant difference, and before and after training the difference were not obvious changes.
