安徽省与江苏省水资源生态足迹比较分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于水资源生态足迹理论,通过计算2010—2014年这五年的安徽省与江苏省水资源生态足迹与水资源生态承载力,得出结论:安徽省水资源一直处于盈余状态,而江苏省水资源生态安全压力较大。比较苏皖两省人均万元GDP水资源生态足迹,发现两省的水资源利用率得到了显著提高,同时期江苏省的水资源利用率高于安徽省。采用通径分析的方法比较两省产业结构的变动对水资源生态足迹的影响:安徽省第一产业和第三产业的发展对人均水资源生态足迹都有直接的降低作用,而第二产业对人均水资源生态足迹的直接提升作用却十分明显;江苏省的第一产业对人均水资源生态足迹有直接提升作用,第二产业对人均水资源生态足迹的降低作用十分明显。 According to the model of water resources ecological footprint, this paper calculated the water resources ecological footprint and the water resources ecological carrying capacity in Anhui Province and Jiang- su Province from 2010 to 2014. The results showed the water resources in Anhui Province was surplus, while the water resources ecological security pressure in Jiangsu Province was heavy. Then we compared the per ca- pita ten thousand Yuan GDP water resources ecological footprint in these two provinces, which indicated that the utilization of water resources in the two provinces increased in the past years. Finally, we compared the effect of the changes in industrial structure on water resources ecological footprint. The development of the pri- mary industry and the tertiary industry in Anhui Province had a direct reduction effect on the water resources ecological footprint, while the development of the secondary industry had a direct lifting effect on the water re- sources ecological footprint. The development of the primary industry in Jiangsu Province had a direct enhance effect on the water resources ecological footprint, while the development of the secondary industry had a direct reduction effect on the water resources ecological footprint.
