Research Advances of Statin Treatment for Ischemic Stroke

缺血性卒中是影响伤残调整寿命年的最主要原因之一。他汀类药物为羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂,已被多国指南推荐用于缺血性卒中的一级和二级预防,本文就他汀类药物对缺血性卒中的治疗效果,他汀类药物治疗缺血性卒中可能的机制及安全性作一综述,供临床探讨。

Ischemic stroke is one of major causes of affecting disability adjusted life year. Statin, as an inhibitor of hydroxymethyl glutaric acyl coenzyme A reductase, has been widely used in primary and secondary prevention of isehemic stroke according to the guideline by many countries. This paper reviewed the curative effect, possible mechanism and safety of statin treatment in ischemic stroke for clinical discussion.
