摘要
对可持续发展进行度量和评价研究是实施可持续发展战略的基础和核心环节。从经济、人口与社会、资源生态、教育4个大类30项指标构建可持续发展综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法,对贵州省2003~2013年度可持续发展指数和协调指数进行测算分析,并与全国平均水平(2013年)为参照物进行对比研究,寻找贵州省在可持续发展中存在的问题和差距,并提出相应的建议。
Measurement and evaluation of sustainable development degree is the fundamental and core link of implementing sustainable development strategy. In this paper,we established a comprehensive evaluation index system with 30 indicators of 4 categories,including economy,population and society,ecological resources,and education. Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to analyze the sustainable development index and the coordination index of Guizhou from 2003 to 2013. The results were then compared with the national average（ 2013） to find out existing problems in sustainable development of Guizhou,and corresponding suggestions were put forward.
