摘要
建设开放型的小区是以优化路网结构,真正提高道路的通行能力,改善拥堵的交通状况为目的。考虑小区的交叉口数量、节点通行能力、道路网络密度三个因素对周边道路车辆通行能力的影响。通过对小区封闭与开放后的车流量、交叉口数量、节点通行能力、道路网密度等不同因素进行单因素分析,确定指标体系。运用SPSS主成分分析法、双层规划模型、图论等方法对小区开放前后进行研究,分析各因素的权重,得出小区开放提高周边道路通行能力的结论,并结合实际给相关部门提出合理建议。
The purpose of community open-up should be to optimize road network,to improve traffic capacity,and to dissolve traffic jams. In this paper,we considered the influence of the number of intersections,the node capacity and the road network density on the traffic around the community. Single factor analysis was adopted to analyze the traffic flow,the number of intersections,the node capacity and the road network density before and after community open-up,and the index system was determined. SPSS principal component analysis,bi-level programming model and graph theory were used to analyze the weight of each factor before and after community open-up,and the traffic capacity before and after community open-up was calculated. Finally,we proposed reasonable advices to relevant departments.
