RhoC在多发性骨髓瘤组织中表达及其与血管生成的关系

摘要 目的 探讨RhoC在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)组织中表达及其与血管生成的关系.方法 使用免疫组织化学SP法检测32例多发性骨髓瘤组织及8例营养不良性贫血患者骨髓组织中RhoC的蛋白表达,采用CD31标记骨髓瘤间质中血管内皮细胞,计算微血管密度(MVD)值.结果 与对照组相比,RhoC蛋白在多发性骨髓瘤组织中高表达(P〈0.05),同时也表达于MM血管内皮细胞,RhoC表达阳性病例中MVD也显著升高(P〈0.05).结论 RhoCz在MM细胞中高表达,其表达可能与MM血管生成有关. Objective To observe the expression of RhoC protein in the multiple myeloma(MM) organization and its relationship with angiogenesis.Methods Using the immunohistochemical streptavid-in-peroxidase(SP) methods to detect the expression of RhoC protein in 32 cases of multiple myeloma tissues and 8 cases of nutritional anemia tissues.Marked vascular endothelial cells in myeloma stroma by CD31, and calculated the microvascular density(MVD), so that to investigate the relationship between the expression of RhoC and angiogenesis of multiple myeloma.Results Compared with the control group, RhoC was overexpressed in the tissues of multiple myeloma group(P〈0.05), RhoC was also expressed in vascular endothelial cells in MM, and MVD was also significantly higher in the positive cases(P〈0.05).Conclusions RhoC is overexpressed in multiple myeloma cells, and is also expressed in vascular endothelial cells in MM, the expression of RhoC is closely related to the angiogenesis of multiple myeloma.
