不同方法治疗老年慢性泪囊炎的对比研究

Clinical observation of laser lacrimal passage combined with silicone tubo implantation in the treatment of elderly patierits with chronic dacryocystitis

目的 观察不同方法治疗老年慢性泪囊炎的效果, 探讨老年慢性泪囊炎合理的治疗方法.方法 选取2012年6月至2015年6月68例（68眼）老年慢性泪囊炎不伴有泪小管阻塞患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例.治疗组采用激光泪道成形联合硅胶管置入术,对照组采用激光泪道成形术后不置管.结果 所有患者均随访12个月.治疗组术后6个月和术后12个月有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组治疗6个月与12个月有效率组内比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 激光泪道成形联合硅胶管置入术操作简单,损伤小,成功率高,是治疗老年慢性泪囊炎比较理想的手术方法,值得推广.

Objective To observe the effect of different methods on senile chronic lacrimal sac, and investigate the reasonable treatment of elderly patients with chronic lacrimal sac.Methods From June 2012 to June 2015, 68 cases （68 eyes） with chronic lacrimal sac without lacrimal duct obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by laser lacrimal passage combined with silicone tube implantation, and the control groupwas treated by laser lacryocystoplasty.Results All patients were followed up for 12 months, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 6 months and 12 months after operation, the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference in the effective rate of the two groups within 6 months than within 12 months （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Laser conaloplasty combined with silicon tube implantation operation is simple, and has small damage, high success rate, so it is ideal for treating elderly patients with chronic dacryoystitis operation, and be worthy of promotion.
