脊仙通痹方对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清TNF-α、IL-1的影响

Influences of Jixian Tongbi decoction for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patient's serum TNF-α,IL-1

目的观察运用脊仙通痹方治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效及其对血清炎症介质的影响。方法将符合标准的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各40例。2组均给予常规针灸治疗,对照组给予西乐葆,观察组给予脊仙通痹方(狗脊、续断、威灵仙、独活、桑寄生、延胡索、牛膝、伸筋草、肉桂、白芍、甘草等)。观察2组治疗前后总有效率、JOA疼痛评分情况、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的含量。结果 2组治疗前后总有效率、JOA评分、TNF-α、IL-1比较有统计学意义,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊仙通痹方能够降低腰椎间盘突出症患者血清TNF-α、IL-1的含量,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jixian Tongbi decoction in the treatment of protru- sion of lumbar intervertebral disc and its effect on serum inflammation media. Methods The patients will conform to the standard of 80 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group （n=40）. Two groups were given routine acupuncture treatment, the control group were given celebrex, observation group was given Jixian Tongbi decoction （rhizoma cibotii, dipsacus asperoids, radix clematidis, angelica pubescens, herba taxilli, rhizoma corydalis, achyranthes bidentata, herba lycopodti, cinnamomum cassia presl, radix paeoniae alba, radix glycyrrhizae, etc.）. Observe the effectiveness of two groups before and after treatment, pain JOA score, serum tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF alpha）, interleukin 1 （IL 1） content. Results The two groups before and after treatment of efficient, JOA score, TNF alpha, IL -1 have significant differences, observation group is better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jixian Tongbi Granule can reduce the content of TNF alpha and IL- 1 in patients blood, and it has a good effect for the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
