The course College Students＇ Talent and Career Development bears the irreplaceable important role in the college students＇ ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the construction and the effectiveness of teaching this course. This article summarizes the various domestic and abroad teaching methods, and analyzes these methods for the college students＇ talent and career development of the important reference.
