摘要
江苏某精细化工废水处理站设计规模为75 m^3/d,采用气浮-内循环微电解-Fenton-水解酸化-A^2/O-机械过滤工艺,介绍了该工程的概况、工艺流程、设计参数。研究结果表明,当进水COD质量浓度为16 000 mg/L时,系统最终出水COD,BOD,SS和NH_3-N的平均质量浓度分别为390,216,220和32.5 mg/L,平均去除率分别为97.6%,94.3%,81.6%,94.6%,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。
The esign capacity of Fine Chemical Wastewater Treatment Plant in JiangSu is 75 m^3/d. The air flotation - internal circulation microeleetrolysis - Fenton reagent - hydrolysis acidification - A^2/O process-filtration are adopted now. The survey,selection of treatment process,design parameters and equipment collocation of the project arepresented.When the concentration of COD in the influent increased to 16 000 mg/L,the average concentrations of COD,BOD,SS and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent were 390,216,220 and 32.5 mg/L respectively,and their average removal rates were 97.6 %,94.3 %, 81.6 %and 94.6 % respectively. The effluent quality could meet the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 -- 1996).
