摘要 针对某制革生产废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂、水质波动大等特点,设计采用UASB+A/O-HBR的联合处理工艺对其进行处理,介绍了其工艺流程、设计参数、调试及稳定运行效果。运行结果表明,在进水ρ(COD)≤3 000 mg/L,ρ(SO_4^(2-))≤400 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤500 mg/L条件下,系统有机物总去除率皆达到88%以上,且系统抗冲击负荷能力强,运行稳定,出水水质优于GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准。 According to the characteristics of tannery wastewater, such as high concentration, complex components, unstable water quality, which made it difficult to treat. This study appllied the joint-process of UASB+MO-HBR to treat this kind of wastewater. And the treatment process parameters, debugging notes andoperating results were introduced. The results showed that, under the optimum conditions of COD ≤ 3 000 mg/L, SS≤500 mg/L and the SO4^2- ≤400 mg/L, the total removal rate of organics could stay above 88 %, The process was stable and had a powerful resistance to impact load. The final effluent could reach the grade II standard of GB 8978--1996.
