摘要
文章提出了一套将LCNG加气站冷能用于油气回收的低温蓄冷系统。由于LNG气化供气的不连续,无法持续稳定地提供冷量,提出采用蓄冷的方式来利用冷能,并且详细介绍了该低温蓄冷系统的工作流程。低温相变材料以及相应载冷剂都是该系统的关键组成部分。文章文献中的油气组分数据进行了处理,得出:为了达到油气回收的要求,低温蓄冷的温度应在-110℃以下。对常见有机物进行了筛选比较,发现相变温度为-114.1℃的乙醇是比较合适的低温相变材料,并且通过分析比较,选用丙烷作为合适的载冷剂。最后,以实际加油站为例,计算分析了该系统能够带来的经济效益。
This paper proposes a low temperature cold energy storage system for the use of cold energy in LCNG filling station for oil vapor recovery. As the LNG gasification is discontinuous and the station can't produce cold energy steadily, this paper proposes to store the cold energy, and the working process of such system is introduced in detail.The datum of the oil and gas components is dealt in detail and the conclusion is thatlow temperature phase change material and the corresponding secondary refrigerant is the key component of this system.After comparison,ethanol is the suitable phase change material and propane is the suitable secondary refrigerant. Finally, the economic benefit of the system is analyzed with an actual gas station.
