摘要
借助通风模拟装置,通过变频器调整风机转速、改变通风箱接口位置,实现横向通风与竖向通风的转换,在相同试验条件和粮堆不动的前提下,测定不同条件下4种粮堆的静压值,并计算出单位粮层阻力。研究表明:二次函数对单位粮层阻力的拟合度最优,幂函数次之;单位粮层阻力:压入式送风好于吸出式送风,横向通风好于竖向通风(大豆例外),竖向压入式通风好于横向吸出式通风,说明横向通风在单位粮层阻力方面并不比竖向通风更具优势。另外,还讨论了横向通风的适用范围,若应用条件不符则会影响到通风效果与通风效益,需考虑横向通风在粮库的适用性。
With the help of simulation ventilation device, we realized conversion between transverse ventilation and vertical ventilation by adjusting rotation speed of a fan through a frequency converter and changing the connection position of a ventilation box, then tested the static pressure values of four kinds of grain bulks under the same conditions and keeping the grain bulk immobile, and calculated the unit grain layer resistance. The results showed that quadratic function had the highest fitting degree of the unit grain layer resistance, followed by power function; positive pressure ventilation was superior to negative pressure ventilation; transverse ventilation was superior to vertical ventilation (except for soybeans) ; and vertical positive pressure ventilation was superior to transverse negative pressure ventilation, which indicated the transverse ventilation had not more advantages than vertical ventilation for unit grain layer resistance. In addition, the paper also discussed the application range of transverse ventilation, and the application conditions could affect the ventilation effect and ventilation efficiency, therefore it is necessary to consider the applicability of transverse ventilation in grain depot.
