It is of great significance to strengthen collaborative innovation in colleges and universities so as to comprehensively enhance the quality of higher education, improve the level of talent cultivation, rein- force the ability of scientific research, serve the economic and social development and carry forward cultural inheritance and innovation. It is mentioned that it is necessary to enhance collaborative innovation in colleges and universities from the aspects including innovating the philosophy of schooling, guaranteeing educational investment, reinforcing team building for collaborative innovation and bringing forth new ideas to education model, etc.
