义务教育的责任不应由政府全责担待,家庭是教育的主阵地。家庭在义务教育中的责任缺位,使学生缺乏家庭的关怀与照顾,其身心健康问题极大地影响到义务教育效果的良好实现。推动家庭归位,担起教育重责是义务教育良性发展的关键因素。

Compulsory education should not only be the responsibility of the government,while the family is the main front of education.The absence of family in compulsory education makes stu- dents lack of family care which greatly affect compulsory education achieve good effect. Promoting- family homing, taking up the big responsibility of education is a key factor in the healthy develop- ment of compulsory education.
