“改革重叠”背景下高中思想政治课教师素质优化研究——基于贵阳市六所高中的调查分析

A Research on Optimization of High School Politics Teachers under the Background of Overlapping Reform——Based on the Analyses of Six High Schools in Guiyang

考试招生制度改革的提出,预示着将出现新课程改革与高考改革交织重叠的现实。这一新的现实形势对高中思想政治课教师素质提出了新的时代要求。如何优化高中思想政治课教师素质以适应"改革重叠"的需要,成为当前亟待解决的问题。运用实证研究法,对贵阳市六所高中进行调查分析,针对调查研究中发现的教师政治思想素质、教师教育素质和本课程专业素质方面的问题,从完善激励机制、培训机制、监督机制方面提出优化措施,以促进教师队伍的建设。

The reform of test enrollment system indicates the new curriculum reform and the reform of college entrance have overlapped, which means high school politics teachers should update themselves to meet the needs of the new era. How to optimize high school politics teachers to meet the needs of the overlap- ping reform has become an urgent problem to be solved. Six high schools in Guiyang have been investigated by using empirical approaches. As to the problems founded in the teachers＇ ideological and political quali- ties, this paper will put forward some measures, including the perfection of incentive mechanism, training mechanism as well aS supervision mechanism, in order to promote the construction of teachers.
