摘要
目的探究磷钨酸镁沉淀法在高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)患者标本生化检验前是否能消除标本重度乳糜状态以及是否对生化检验的结果造成影响。方法取35例HLAP患者外观正常的血清标本分别在经磷钨酸镁试剂处理和未经磷钨酸镁试剂处理后的各项生化检验结果作相关性分析;模拟重度乳糜状a态的血清标本做回收实验,分析各生化项目结果的回收率。结果除二氧化碳结合力(CO_2CP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)外,钾离子(K^+)、钠离子(Na^+)、钙离子(Ca_2^+)、氯离子(Cl^-)、血糖浓度(GLU)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、淀粉酶(AMY)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆汁酸(tTBA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)均能得出正确的检验结果,且呈显著的线性相关,拟合曲线的显著性检验结果均为P<0.05。回收实验得到回收率为92.17%~107.09%。结论磷钨酸镁沉淀法能有效消除HLAP患者血清标本的重度乳糜状态,并且对各项生化检验的结果不会造成干扰,适合在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the elimination effect in phosphotungstic acid magnesium chloride precipitation method in biochemical examination of specimens from patients with hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis to severe chyle state and whether the results of biochemical tests. Methods Totally 35 Cases of hyperlipidemia acute pancreati- tis (HLAP) with the normal appearance serum samples respectively manage with the phosphotungstic acid magnesium chloride reagent and without the phosphotungstie acid magnesium chloride reagent and then have the biochemical test which results for correlation analysis; Simulate the severe chyle state serum specimens in the recovery experiments, and analysis of the results of biochemistry items recovery rate. Results Except the carbon dioxide combining power (CO2CP) and C reactive protein (CRP) , the potassium (K + ) , sodium (Na + ) and calcium chloride (Ca2 + ) , (Cl-) , blood glucose (GLU), urea (Urea), creatinine (Cr) , uric acid (UA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , gamma glutamyltransferase (GGT) , amylase (AMY) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and cholinesterase (CHE), total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), total bile acid (tTBA) and ereatine kinase (CK), alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (ct -HBDH) can get the correct test results with a significant linear correlation, which have significant test curve with a fitting results were P 〈 0.05. The recovery rate was 92. 17% - 107.09%. Conclusion The phosphotungstic acid magnesium chloride precipitation method can effectively eliminate hlap of serum specimens from patients with severe chyle state, and the biochemical test results do not cause interference, which is suitable for popularization and application in clinic.
