摘要
为了提高碳纳米管的分散能力,对碳纳米管进行修饰和改性,首先对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTS)进行纯化处理,然后对处理过的MWCNTS进行各种改性,最后采用各种表面修饰剂对MWCNTS进行表面修饰,并对改性后的MWCNTS进行在不同溶剂中的分散性研究。为了考察MWCNTS对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合物相容性的影响,利用聚醚醚酮能溶于DMF中的特点,采用水、乙醇、DMF 3种溶剂作比较,选出了有利于PEEK复合材料制备的改性MWCNTS有a-MWCNTS、CTAB/MWCNTS、g-MWCNTS。提出今后应继续研究PEEK/CNT复合材料的制备技术,提高碳纳米管的分散性能,从而提升复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。
In order to improve the dispersion ability of carbon nanotubes, carbon nanotubes was adorned and modified, first multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTS) were purified, then the processed MWCNTS was modified,finally, the surface of MWCNTS was modified by various surface modifiers, and the dispersion of the modified MWCNTS in different solvents was also studied. In order to investigate the effect of MWCNTS on the compatibility of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) composites, making use of the solubity of PEEK and DMF, and comparing with three kinds of solvents, water, ethanol and DMF, the modified MWCNTS prepared by PEEK composites, a-MWCNTS, CTAB/MWCNTS and g-MWCNTS, were chosen which are in favour of the preparation of modified MWCNTS PEEK composites. It is put forward that in the future the preparation technology of PEEK/CNT composites should be continuly studied to improve the dispersion properties of carbon nanotubes and promote the friction and wear properties of composite materials.
