中厚煤层综采工作面支架运行状况研究

摘要 为了探究1512工作面所采用的ZY5000/13/27支架的适应性问题,在1512工作面设置3个测站工作面采用KJ216/KJ653型煤矿液压支架监控系统测定液压支架工作阻力,通过对实测数据的整理,分析了初撑力情况、支架的阻力分布特征、末阻力分布特征。结果表明,由于泵压初撑力达标率不高,达不到设计要求。支架后期以一次增阻为主,末阻力非常靠近额定阻力,支架多为被动承载的状态,支架维护成本大。回采时支架的左右两柱在若干时期工作阻力相差比较大,支架左右两柱同步承载性差。 In order to explore adaptability problem of ZY5000 / 13 / 27 support in 1512 working face, three survey station working faces which applied KJ216 / KJ653 hydraulic support monitoring system to measure hydraulic support working resistance were set. Based on test data, setting load status, drag and end drag distribution features of holder were analyzed. The results showed that on account of low compliance rate of pumping pressure setting load, an increased resistance was prior in the latter stage of stent, end resistance was very close to resistance rating, and passive bearing of support was common. Because of high maintenance cost, working resistance difference between left and right column was large in some periods, which caused bad synchronous load bearing.
