Cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸甲酯的合成工艺改进

摘要 以对甲氧基苯酚固定床催化加氢法一步合成对甲氧基环己酮,再经过Bucherer-bergs成环、水解、酯化合成Cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸甲酯,反应总收率为28.0%。此方法减少了反应步骤,操作更简单,解决了催化剂分离的问题,同时也节省了生产成本,适于工业化生产。 Methoxy cyclohexanone was synthesized by p--methoxyphenol fixed bed catalytic hydrogenation one-step synthesis method cis-4- methoxy -1- cyclohexyl methyl earbamate was obtained by Bucherer-bergs cyclization, hydrolysis and esterification, the total yield was 28%. The method has the advantages that the reaction step is reduced, the operation is simpler, the problem of catalyst separation is solved, and the production cost was saved, and the utility model is suitable for industrial production.
