机电运输环节是焦炭生产的重要环节,随着焦炭行业的高效发展,其对于机电设备的依赖程度也在不断增强,因此对于机电运输的质量和安全管理也提出了更高的要求。但在焦炭运输过程中,由于传输带的高负荷运转,故障很容易发生,严重影响整个机电设备的使用效率,同时会严重影响整个运输传送工作的质量,因此应该强化安全管理和预防措施,保证机电设备的高效运转。

Mechanical and electrical transport was an important link of coke production. With the efficiently development of coke industry, its dependence on mechanical and electrical equipment was also increasing, which required higher standards for quality and safety management. However, breakdown easily occurred on account of high load operation in coke transport tape, which not only affected plant operation of whole electromechanical device, but also influenced quality of entire transportation work. As a result, safety supervision and prevention measures should be strengthened to guarantee efficient operation of electromechanical device.
