孟家窑煤矿大倾角综放工作面设备选型与配套研究

Study on equipment selection and mapping of large angle fully mechanized working face in Mengjiayao Mine

根据孟家窑煤矿5号煤层大倾角厚煤层独特的地质条件,对其进行了综放工作面设备选型与配套研究,确定了液压支架、采煤机、前后刮板输送机、其他配套设备的型号。开采实践表明,孟家窑5号煤层综放工作面设备选型合理、性能优越,总体配套设计优良,体现了适应性强、工作阻力合理、技术性能好、安全性能好等优点,达到了集约化、高产高效的生产目的。

Based on equipment selection and mapping of fully mechanized working face reflecting special geological conditions of No.5 large angle heavy coal seam, types of hydraulic support, coal cutter, scraper conveyer and other corollary equipments were determined. The mining practice showed that equipment selection of fully mechanized working face in No. 5 coal seam was reasonable, performance was superior and overall design was great. It had advantages of well adaptation, rational working resistance, good technical feature, and better safety performance and so on, which achieved production object of intensification and high yield and efficiency.
